
Fluffy Fruit Buckwheat Pancakes
Total Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 5 pancakes
Ingredients:
-1/2 Orgran Pancake Mix (any brand that make egg/dairy-free pancake mixes will work if this brand is not at your local store)
-1 Flegg (Vegan Substitute for Egg) (Mix 1 tbsp of Flax Seeds with 3 tablespoons of water. Allow to sit for 15 minutes)
-1/2 cup of almond or soy milk
-1/2 cup water
Toppings:
-tsp of cinnamon
-halved, handful of strawberries
-handful of berries
-chopped almonds, pumpkin seeds
Instructions:
1.Combine buckwheat pancake mix into a bowl and add water, almond milk, 1 flegg.
2. Lightly grease frying pan and preheat.
3. Pour batter into frying pan and cook over low-medium heat.
4. Cook until pancakes are golden brown. Add fruits, your choice of honey or maple syrup, almonds and a hint of cinnamon to serve.

Chocolate Pea Protein Pancakes
Total Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 5 pancakes
Ingredients:
-Orgran’s Buckwheat Pancake Mix
-1 Flegg
-1/2 cup of Almond or Soy Milk
-1/2 cup of water
-1 scoop of Vega Protein Powder
Toppings:
-1 tablespoon of Chocolate Nibs
-1 tablespoon of Peanut Butter
-1 tablespoon of chopped walnuts
-1 tablespoon of Chia Seeds
Instructions:
1.Combine buckwheat pancake mix into a bowl and add water, almond milk, scoop of chocolate protein powder and flegg.
2. Lightly grease frying pan and preheat.
3. Pour batter into frying pan and cook over low-medium heat.
4. Cook until pancakes are golden brown. Top with peanut butter, walnuts and/or chia seeds for an extra sweet and crunchy, protein-filled dessert.
