As always, I love sharing my workouts as part of encouraging more people in the Middle East (and globally) to get active! Nine out of ten of these workouts are made to be performed at home. If no equipment is available, one workout on this list does not require any! The rest include a mat-only workout, dumbbell-only workout, bands-only workout and several more options to choose from.
