Today I wanted to share with you a few exercises that I enjoy doing in order to grow my lower body muscles. Each image has a few of my favourite exercises that I enjoy for growing my quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes. Make sure to perform any of the exercises for 3-4 sets. Make sure that each set consists of 8-20 repetitions for muscle hypertrophy (muscle growth).
