Today I wanted to talk about my favourite athleisure brands in Lebanon. I just wanted to mention that this it not a sponsored post.

In this post, I share my five favourite brands, what pair of leggings I really like from each brand, and why I recommend them!

Without further ado, these are my favourite athleisure brands. This list is in no particular order!

Why this brand/leggings? I really like Squat wolf‘s leggings because they’re both comfortable and innovative (design-wise).

I love that the majority of them are squat-proof so I wear them on my heavy lifting days. Their Hera leggings are the most flattering ones for my body type (I’m pear-shaped) so I chose them for this reason.

2. Adidas

Why this brand/leggings?

I really like Adidas‘ black three-striped leggings because they can be worn outside of my training sessions. They’re also super flattering and squat-proof, not to mention that they have an old school vibe to them which I really like.

3. Under Armour

Why this brand/leggings?

I really like Under armour‘s leggings because they’re super versatile and attractive. They all have a really modern look to them and give me an ultra confidence boost when I’m training in them!

4. Nike

Nike Pro tights

Why this brand/leggings?

I really like Nike’s black pro tights because they’re such a classic design. They’re also super flattering! I think every girl needs to own one of these because of both their comfort and design.

5. The giving movement

Why this brand/leggings?

I really like the Giving movement. While they are still a relatively new brand, their designs and colours are gorgeous!

Furthermore, their athleisure is made from re-used and recycled material making this brand an environmentally friendly choice. Their leggings are also gorgeous and super flattering!

My favourite brands to buy leggings from in Lebanon are Squat wolf, Adidas, Nike, Under armour and The Giving movement.
