3 Beginner-Friendly Strength Training Workouts

Hey guys,

Here are three workouts that you can do to get to your fitness goals! These workouts are suitable for all levels: from beginners to intermediate to advanced. If you are a beginner, you can start with this workout to help get you started towards your fitness goals. In this post, I share with you Sculpted Abs Workout, Strong Legs/Glutes Workout and a Wonder Woman Upper Body Workout.

Take a one minute rest in between these exercises. Make sure to stay hydrated.

  1. Sculpted Abs Workout

Difficulty: All levels

Equipment: Mat, step-up

2. Strong Legs/Glutes Workout

Difficulty: All Levels

Equipment: Dumbbells, band, mat

3. Wonder Woman Upper Body Workout

Difficulty: All Levels

Equipment: Dumbbells, mat, step-up
