5 Must-Try Upper Body Workouts for Women

In this week’s blog post, I am going to share with you 5 must-try upper body workouts for women that are suitable for every level. From beginner to advanced workouts, this post has you covered!

Each of these workouts train the upper body muscles including the chest, back, or shoulders/triceps muscles. These 5 workouts can all be performed from your home. Get your water ready and try these workouts ASAP!

Workout #1: Advanced Upper Body Workout

Muscles Worked:

Chest, triceps.

Equipment Required:

Mat, dumbbells, bench.

Level:

Advanced.

Instructions:

Take a 60-90 second rest in between sets if necessary. Make sure to stay hydrated

Workout #2: Shredded Upper Body Workout 

Muscles Worked:

Shoulders, chest, triceps.

Equipment Required:

Dumbbells, band, mat.

Level:

Beginner.

Instructions:

Take a 60 second rest in between sets if necessary. Aim to get a good mind-muscle connection. Make sure to stay hydrated

Workout #3: Hourglass Upper Body Workout 

Muscles Worked:

Chest, shoulders, triceps.

Equipment Required:

Bench, mat, dumbbells. 

Level:

Advanced.

Instructions: 

Take a 60-90 second rest in between sets if necessary. Make sure to stay hydrated! 

Workout #4: Shredded Upper Body Workout

Muscles Worked:

Back, triceps, chest.

Equipment Required:

Dumbbells, mat.

Level:

Beginners.

Instructions:

Take a 60 second rest in between sets if necessary. Aim for a good mind-muscle connection while performing these exercises. Make sure to stay hydrated

Workout #5: Wonder Woman Upper Body Workout 

Muscles Worked:

Chest, back, triceps.

Equipment Required:

Dumbbells, mat, bench.

Level:

Intermediate.

Instructions:

Take a 60 second rest in between sets if necessary. Aim for a good mind-muscle connection while performing these exercises. Make sure to stay hydrated

If you are looking to sculpt and build your best upper body, then these 5 workouts are for you! Make sure to start with the beginner exercises if you are a beginner and progressively move towards the intermediate/advanced workouts for best results.
