Today I wanted to share with you a leg workout and a few useful tips on how to execute each lift correctly.
I also made sure that the tips are specific towards driving glutes growth as this is the body part that most women (and some men) want to develop at this point in time.

Posted above is a video of my leg day with glutes-emphasis. I create a squat infographic outlining tips on how to perform it for maximum glutes development! This infographic includes tips from glutes expert Bret Contreras on frequency and how to perform the deadlift for glutes gains as opposed to pure strength gains (ie:powerlifting style of training). Hip thrust is a must! This exercise is excellent for developing the side glutes, make sure to actively engage throughout the lateral band walk using these tips for maximal glutes growth!
