Two must-try summer outdoor workouts

Hey guys,

I hope that you enjoy these fun outdoor summer workouts! The first workout is a legs and glutes workout while the second one targets the entire body. Minimal equipment is required for both of the workouts.

1)Simple Legs & Glutes Workout

Difficulty:

Beginner

Equipment required:

Bodyweight

Instructions:

Take a 30-60 second rest if necessary.

2) Epic Beach Full-Body Workout

Difficulty:

All levels

Equipment required:

Mat, band and ankleweights.

Instructions:

Take a 30-60 second rest in between sets if necessary.
