Summer Workout For Strong Abs and Core (Video)

Hey guys,

I hope that you enjoy this abs and core workout video! In this workout, we are targeting the entire core as well as stretching our abs, lower back and hips. All you need in order to complete these exercises are a mat and some water.

The workout:

-Plank

-Side plank with hip dips

–Mountain climbers

-Crunches

Perform every round for 30 seconds each, repeat four times.

Cool-down stretch:

Hold every stretch for 20-30 seconds.

-Low lunge

-Pigeon pose

–Cobra
