10 Step Guide to Manifesting Your Dream Body

Hey guys,

This week’s blog post is going to be a 10 step guide to manifesting your dream body. Firstly, I am going to cover what concepts like manifestation and the law of attraction mean.

Then, I will go over how to use the law of attraction in order to make your manifestations come true. Finally, I will go over the 10 step process to manifest your dream body.

By following the steps in this guide, you can get your dream body. Make sure that you don’t create any limitations for yourself when deciding on embarking in this process, it’s worth embarking in!

Firstly, what is manifestation?

Manifestation is about using your consciousness (or energy) in order to attract and create your desired outcome.

Manifestation is predicated on the law of attraction, which essentially stipulates that we attract what we are.

“Manifesting is the act of creating something using your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs in your subconscious mind. With more practice, you’ll find yourself using subliminal affirmations and taking inspired action toward your goal (Scoop,2022).”

How does it work?

Manifesting works by using tools like visualization, meditation and affirmations to set us in the same vibration as what we want to attract.

“The manifestation is the process of aligning your energy vibrations in such a way that you attract whatever you wish for. The basic principle of the law of attraction tells us that “like attracts like”. This means you can attract good things into your life with a positive mindset (abundancenolimits.2022).”

This means that we have to be in a high, positive vibration unless we want to attract negative outcomes.

This all happens subconsciously but hacking this process for our benefit is very much possible.

“Manifestation focuses on the law of attraction. It is a powerful tool for achieving what you desire. Manifestation of any kind will help you have a better life experience (Scoop, 2022).”

The law of attraction: what is it and how does it work?

As mentioned above, the law of attraction is a governing principle that states that we will attract what we focus on.

Essentially, the law of attraction stipulates that “whatever you give your energy and attention to is what will come back to you. When you focus on the abundance of good things in your life, you will automatically attract more positive things into your life (Canfield,2022).”

We will therefore achieve our dream body by utilizing these principles and enforce their efficacy by following these 10 steps.

The 10 steps to achieving your dream body:

Step 1: Believe that you can achieve it

You need to believe you can achieve your dream body first. This is the energy you need to be in. Secondly, get rid of self doubt and negative thinking as it is faith and belief that will get your manifestations to come true.

“Maybe you have heard, faith can move mountains. Manifestation works the same way. You need to have trust in the process as well as the Universe (abundancenolimits, 2022).”

Directions:

Focus on your inner dialogue, make sure your self belief is strong. You need to completely eliminate negative self-talk, doubt, fear and uncertainty from getting what you want.

This will require mental as a well as physical discipline when you start to take action towards your goals.

“The doubts that creep into your mind can end your whole manifestation effort. You need to stay alert to this and thwart any attempts with affirmations and visualization (abundancenolimits, 2022).)”

Step 2: Have realistic expectations

You need to have realistic expectations throughout the manifestation process. That certainly should not limit your ability to visualize your dream body though.

It’s the time frame and process that will have to be adjusted to be realistic, not the outcome. You will never be able to lose 20 kilos overnight by doing nothing.

You can, however, visualize your 20 kilogram weight loss in a few months and start embodying your manifestation beforehand.

Outside of visualization, you can start to practice being disciplined with training and food. You can buy a gym membership, eat right and reduce stress/increase the quality of your sleep.

This does not limit the extent towards you getting your dream body, it just guarantees you’ll stick to it.

“Make sure you have the right reason and clear intention for wanting to lose weight.”

Directions:

You can implement having realistic explanations by setting smaller goals (ie: lose 5 kilograms on a weekly basis).

What is also important in this process is to have a positive body image. This is part of embodying the energy that will bring you to your dream body.

The number one rule to manifestation is that you need to act like what you desire the most is already in your possession,

Finally, make sure that you know your why and have a clear intention with every action that you take towards your manifestation.

Step 3: Practice positive thinking

Make sure to eliminate negative thinking as they will block your manifestations from coming into fruition: 

“If you’re constantly thinking about how you’ll never be able to lose weight, then guess what? You probably won’t. An abundance blocks your power to achieve your dream body (Scoop,2022).”

“Manifestation happens when your energy vibrations become a match to that of the goal. To reach this, you need to continuously work on raising your positive energy. You take the help of various tools of manifestation (abundancenolimits, 2022).”

Directions:

Start by identifying any negative thoughts or beliefs you have about your body at a deeper level. Once you’re aware of them, you can start to work on replacing them with more positive thoughts. Then, start focusing on good things and embrace your self love. Get in the right mindset in order to manifest your dream body (Scoop,2022).”

Step 4: Visualize it frequently

Keep visualizing by following the steps below until you attain your manifestations. Watch this video to learn how to visualize your dream body using a powerful technique. Make sure to also listen to this subliminal to let go and surrender as frequently as you want. I will explain why surrendering and letting go is important later in this post.

Directions:

Take 5-10 minutes daily or a few times a week to meditate and visualize your dream body using the videos I shared above.

“The more realistic and detailed your visualization, the better results you’ll see in your new body in real life (Scoop,2022).”

“It takes time and effort to change your body, so be patient and consistent with your action steps. Take steps that will also give you less resistance, you don’t want to feel hopeless (Scoop,2022).”

Step 5: Practice gratitude and mindfulness daily

Directions:

List 5-10 things you are grateful for every day, this will help raise your vibration and bring you closer to your manifestation.

“Affirmations are positive statements to help increase your confidence, self-belief, and self-worth. Gratitude is considered the instant energy booster. Meditation is helpful to maintain your focus on the goal (abundancenolimits, 2022).”

Step 6: Recite your affirmations/Listen to subliminals

Affirmations and subliminals are an important part of manifestation. They help increase our frequency and direct our energy towards achieving our manifestation. Embedded in subliminals are affirmations, which are essentially statements that foster positive thinking, confidence and self-belief.

Directions:

Recite affirmations like the ones below in order to stay in a positive mindset.

Also listen to subliminals on Youtube or Tiktok in order to keep your vibration, self-concept and self-belief intact for your manifestation to occur. 

What are affirmations?

Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. When you repeat them often, and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes (mindtools, 2022).”

What are subliminals?

“Essentially, subliminals are just affirmations that are recorded underneath an audio track (mindtools, 2022).”

Affirmations:
50 positive body affirmations (abundancenolimits,2022):
  1. I love my body just the way it is.
  2. My body deserves to be loved.
  3. I am perfect and whole, as it is.
  4. I nourish my body with healthy foods and the right exercises.
  5. I treat my body with the love and respect it deserves.
  6. My body is a gift from the Universe.
  7. Life is too short to be wasted on body-shaming.
  8. Food is meant to nourish my body, not to satisfy my emotional cravings.
  9. As long as I respect myself, it doesn’t matter what others think of me.
  10. I am aging gracefully.
  11. Loving myself is not being selfish.
  12. A perfect body is a healthy body; it is not confined to some numbers.
  13. I listen to my body to know its needs.
  14. Perfection is just a myth. No human can be perfect.
  15. I don’t need anyone to tell me how I should look.
  16. I embrace myself with warts and all.
  17. My imperfections are what make me unique.
  18. I don’t need to compare my body with others or runway models.
  19. Others taunt me because they are insecure.
  20. I can feel good about myself without berating others.
  21. I love myself even on days I binge on junk food.
  22. It’s okay if I slip up on my own health goals at times.
  23. I do things that make me feel good.
  24. Life is a learning experience; you win some, you lose some.
  25. My eating disorder doesn’t define me.
  26. I am wonderful on the inside. Being fat/skinny is not my identity.
  27. My presence makes the world a better place.
  28. It’s okay to eat when I feel hungry.
  29. I don’t need to starve myself to look good.
  30. I can be healthy as well as look good.
  31. Nobody can make me feel bad without my permission.
  32. I am conscious of my choices.
  33. Having a perfect body doesn’t make me a better person.
  34. I can be fit and healthy at any size.
  35. Getting enough rest is as important as exercise.
  36. I have the power to make my life the way I want it to.
  37. I am blessed to be healthy.
  38. I am not bound by society’s perception of good looks.
  39. I allow the inner voice to guide me on the right path.
  40. It doesn’t matter if others do not approve of my body.
  41. I am a work in progress. I will get there in due course.
  42. I like to take good care of my body.
  43. I enjoy healthy foods. 
  44. Losing weight is not the be-all and end-all. There’s more to life than this.
  45. My body weight doesn’t define who I am.
  46. Food is neither good nor bad. Its purpose is to nourish my body.
  47. I am still beautiful when my body feels bloated.
  48. I am loved, cherished, and admired.
  49. I don’t deserve to be looked down upon by others.
  50. I deserve to be loved and respected.

Step 7: Trust the process and surrender

As we mentioned earlier, the law of attraction works on a vibrational frequency. This means that pushing for an outcome will have an energetic consequence of creating resistance. In simple terms, the more we push and create energy, the higher likelihood of it running away. It is simply how energy works. 

On the other hand, letting go, pulling back our energy and simply surrendering allows what is meant for us (or visualized by us) to come into our lives gracefully.

This isn’t governed by merit or what is right and wrong, it simply is how energy works.

 You can push in the direction of your visualization by training and eating right, however, obsessing over the outcome is going to push your desired state further from you. 

Directions:

“Letting go is as important as any of the other steps of manifestation. Getting obsessed with the goal can damage the entire process as it has negative energy.”

How do we let go? There are many subliminal YouTube videos or techniques that we can implement consisting of breathing and letting go. 

You can simply download them or just release your energy while you meditate. Surrendering is more natural to us than forcing, just remember that. 

Step 8: Stay persistent and focused

Stay consistent with your training, food, relaxation and rest as well as your visualization and positive thinking. This is crucial because it may take time for your manifestations to come into fruition. 

Being persistent and focused with your new lifestyle will energetically ask the universe to bring into fruition that which you are feeding energetically.

If you’re focused on your training and eating healthy, you can bet the universe will hear that and deliver what it is that you want from it. 

You need to also be aligned with your new habits energically meaning that you cannot engage in old previous destructive habits. Whatever once served your past reality (over eating or under exercising) will not serve the new reality in which you are aligning yourself with. 

Directions:

Eliminate distractions and focus on your training, diet, relaxation and sleep. You want to build new habits and remove old ones that no longer serve you.

Step 9: Take the steps towards your goals!

This is a similar point to the previous step and requires action. The actions that you need to take depend on your body goals but need to be implemented daily.

Train as often as needed, change your diet, reduce stress, increase sleep and keep track of your progress. 

Make sure to also take pictures of yourself and your progress as  you train. This will help hold you accountable throughout your fitness journey! 

Directions:

Start training and eating a high protein diet. Stay committed to your training and healthy eating, make sure to relax and get you sleep. Check out more articles in my blog to learn how to do this effectively!

Step 10: Surround yourself with positive people

Avoid toxic and negative people as they will take you away from your manifestations. It is imperative that you change your inner dialogue to be more positive as well (this is especially imperative if you have previously been surrounded by negative and/or jealous types of friends). 

Make sure to surround yourself only with people who are inspired, grateful, optimistic and motivated by the same things that you are. This is part of creating the environment that will create your manifested new body. 

Remember, this all works at a vibrational frequency so get rid of people who lower it. Your future literally depends on it! 

Directions:

“Find people who support your goal and who will encourage you along the way.”

In conclusion, by using the law of attraction and visualizing your dream body, you can help achieve the physique of your dreams. Furthermore, by following these 10 steps, you can attract and attain your body along with any other desired outcome.
