This list will cover why I recommend these restaurants, their menus, what dishes I recommend trying and their price ranges.

While some restaurants here are high end, I have also added affordable and trendy places for you to try!

Restaurant #1: Ave Forchetta

Cuisine type: Italian neo-bistro

Why I recommend it:

The menu is diverse and can suit any fitness goal.

While this is an Italian restaurant that offers tasty pizza and pasta, they offer a wide array of healthy options like chicken-based dishes, detox shots, seafood, beef and delicious salads.

Foods to try:

Chicken extravaganza, ave tagliata! and straight from the charcoal grill sea bass. I recommend the Ave Burratina! for salad lovers.

To share, I recommend the For you Diavola for other’s Dante’s inferno pizza, Rigatoni Al Ragu just for you and Creamy shrimp pasta.

For a cheat meal, I highly recommend ordering their Tirra-miss-you (tiramisu) or Sweet Addiction out to share (a delicious Nutella-filled Calzone).

Cuisine type: Sea food, Mediterranean, European, Italian

Why I recommend it:

Aside from facing the Herestrau lake and being inside the gorgeous park, this restaurant is ideal for high quality dining. They have healthy sea food options, delicious salads, chicken, beef and pastas.

Foods to try:

Sea bass, shrimps with garlic and olive oil, salmon with vegetables, chicken with ginger and their seafood and saffron paella.

For a cheat meal or to share among friends, I loved the riz au lait (rice pudding) with mango.

Why I recommend it:

I personally love sea food and think that it provides so many benefits aside from just improving our health. If you are a fan or raw salmon, sea bass or shrimps, you’ll love this high quality restaurant.

Salmon sashimi, sea bass carpaccio, sea food linguine, any of their grilled fish selection with vegetables and their house chips (or baby potatoes).

Why I recommend it:

From green smoothies, healthy shots, burrito bowls, smoothie bowls to healthy pasta salads, Fru Fru is a brand that offers a great variety of healthy products.

They also offer vegan and vegetarian dishes, sandwiches, healthy desserts as well as making their own peanut butter.

Fresh chicken protein bowl, fresh omega bowl, chicken pasta salad and fresh falafel bowl. I also recommend trying their Avo nation urban monkey smoothie and raw health shots.
