Full-Body Foam-Rolling Routine (Video)

Try this foam-rolling workout for increased mobility and as part of your recovery program.

Foam rolling is a great way to release the muscle tension accumulated from intense weight lifting and running sessions.

I recommend trying this routine at least once a week, give it a go and if you enjoy it, I hope that you can include it to part of your recovery.

I demonstrate how to foam roll every muscle in the body, as you can see, I hold every muscle for 30 seconds.

Enjoy the light feeling that follows this workout as you will feel better almost instantly. Save the video to try at the gym if you do not own a foam roller at home.
