My Trip To Dubai: Thoughts and Review Of The 2021 Muscle Expo

I just got back from my trip to Dubai, I wanted to share with you my experience at the 2021 Dubai Muscle Expo, my thoughts of the city, three vacation strength training workout and some food/scenic pictures with you! The 2021 Dubai Muscle Expo

First, I wanted to talk about my experience at the Dubai Mucle Expo. The event was held in Dubai from the 28th until the 30th of October. It was mainly an exhibition-type of event consisting of supplement/athleisure booths.

The Muscle Expo also included a bodybuilding competition and numerous bodybuilding celebrities like Ronnie Coleman and Instagram fitness celebrities which included Heba Ali and Yarishna Ayala.

I ended up buying some athleisure outfits from Dubai-based brand Squat Wolf that I really liked. The vibes and athmostphere were noteworthy, with fitness-lovers all gathered in one huge space. I’m definitely going to next year’s Muscle Expo!

Food pictures and Fitness-friendly Places in Dubai

Let’s talk about the food, I aimed to eat high-protein meals during my trip and not restrict myself too much in terms of food choices and alcohol. I also managed to workout at a nearby gym when I was there.

My meals consisted of fish, fresh fruits, vegetables, and beef/chicken with some carbs. Check out some of the nice meals I had the pleasure of having while I was there!

I also found some awesome healthy food places to eat from on food delivery apps. I had these awesome pancakes from Fitness Feedz Dubai.

The City: Malls and Lifestyle

Dubai grew quite a bit since I was last there 13 years ago. When I was last there in 2008, there were three malls and that’s pretty much it! It was mostly a desert. 2021 Dubai looks vastly different, I felt like I was in a big city like New York. Despite it being a few hours away from Beirut (where I’m currently in), I felt like I was in a different continent. The buildings have multiplied into a very Metropolitan landscape, the shops/restaurants/places are more diverse, I was suprised at how many of my favorite restaurants (like Cipriani in New York) were in Dubai. Overall, it was all very exciting!

I wanted to share my thoughts with you on the Dubai Muscle Expo, the food and growing city of Dubai. I also wanted to give you 3 vacation-friendly strength training workouts. Overall, my experience in Dubai was filled with excitement and joy, reconnecting with a city that looked vastly different 10 years ago. I highly recommend going there as soon as possible!
