Today’s blog post is inspired by a trip that I recently took to Dubai. It is a fit girl’s guide to Dubai where I go over the gyms, restaurants, spas and shops where you can enjoy your fit lifestyle.

This gym offers weightlifting stations, boxing, TRX, HIIT, dance, yoga, Pilates, Reformer classes and immersive 4D cycling classes. They are known for their fitness classes and variety of equipment.

Fitness first is one of the most popular chains in the region. It is also one of the best ladies gym in dubai and the UAE. Fitness first offers more than 20 branches in dubai alone and is a worldwide brand.
They specialize in classes, equipment, personal trainers and customised workouts. I personally love their equipment, the accessibility of the gym and how easy it is to get a good workout done there.
