Hey guys,
Today I wanted to share with you pictures of my 6 year fitness transformation. On the left is my body with just a few months of strength training and a high-protein diet, the right side is me now after 6 years of consistent training and healthy eating.

What steps did I take for my fitness transformation?
To get from my 2014 physique to my 2020 physique took a lot of discipline, strength-training, consuming a high-protein diet and instilling healthier habits. I hope that these pictures inspire you to follow your physique goals and work towards achieving a healthy and curvy physique.
The main differences are mostly mental but I love every part of the process, fitness is and will always be an area that I hope to create an impact. This includes teaching you all of the knowledge that I come across and learn and from my own experience.
