Today I wanted to share with you one of my nutrition videos on Youtube. In this video, I give a brief introduction into the world of macronutrients needed for both fat loss and mucle gain.
The video that I posted is composed of three parts: the first part gives a brief introduction to fat loss along with a day of eating that you can follow in order to lose fat.
The second part of the video describes the process of muscle gain and gives you a day of eating to reach your muscle gaining goals.
Finally, I give a brief overview of common fitness terms found in programs and labels that can help expand your understanding of nutrition.
