This week’s post is a round up of November’s at home fitness workouts. These workouts are suitable for all levels: from beginners to intermediate to advanced. In this post, I share with you 6 strength training workouts starting with a leg workout, upper body workout, glutes workout, two abs workouts and a 5 minute mobility routine.
Take a one minute rest in between these exercises. Make sure to stay hydrated.
