Round Up Post: November’s At Home Fitness Workouts

Hey guys,

This week’s post is a round up of November’s at home fitness workouts. These workouts are suitable for all levels: from beginners to intermediate to advanced. In this post, I share with you 6 strength training workouts starting with a leg workout, upper body workout, glutes workout, two abs workouts and a 5 minute mobility routine. 

Take a one minute rest in between these exercises. Make sure to stay hydrated.

1)#Leg Goals Workout

2) Hourglass Upper Body Workout

Difficulty:

Intermediate

Dumbbells, mat, step

3) Thick Glutes Workout

Difficulty:

All levels

Equipment:

Mat, band, dumbbell

4) Aesthetic Abs Workout

Difficulty:

Intermediate

Equipment:

Plate/dumbbell, mat

5) 5 Minute Mobility Routine

Difficulty:

All levels

Equipment:

Mat

6) Small Waist Abs Workout

Difficulty:

Intermediate

Equipment:

Mat, plate/dumbbell
