I hope that you guys enjoy these 6 summer workouts and stretching routine. These workouts can be done at home or at the gym. Take a 30-60 seconds rest in between exercises if needed. The workouts include a lower body workout, upper body blast, a sculpted core workout, intense abs workout, leg day gym workout, powerful glutes workout, and a 15 minute stretch routine.

1) Lower Body Workout
Difficulty:
All levels
Equipment:
GHR, dumbells, mat, band
Instructions:
Take a 60-90 second rest in between exercises if needed.
2) Intense Abs Workout
Difficulty:
All levels
Equipment:
Mat
Instructions:
Take a 60 second rest in between sets if necessary.
3) Upper Body Blast Workout
Difficulty:
Advanced
Equipment:
Dumbbells, mat
Instructions:
Take a 60 second rest in between exercises if needed.
4) Sculpted Core Workout
Difficulty:
Beginner
Equipment:
Mat
Instructions:
Take a 30-60 second rest in between exercises if needed.
5) Leg Day Gym Workout

All levels
Equipment:
Barbell, squat rack, dumbbells, step-up, cable machine, ankle strap
Instructions:
Take a 60-90 second rest in between exercises if needed.
6) Powerful Glutes Workout
Difficulty:
All levels
Equipment:
Dumbells, mat, GHR, band.
Instructions:
Take a 60 second rest in between sets if necessary.
15 Minutes Stretch Routine Video:
