Here are the three main reasons why I enjoy lifting weights:
1) I enjoy feeling relaxed and stress-free. While I lift weights, I do not think about anything other than my muscles contracting. Finishing a set feels extremely rewarding.
2) I enjoy looking fit. I like walking around feeling confident about the way that my body looks. I would not trade this feeling for anything else. Knowing that I am responsible for building my muscles gives me the biggest confidence boost.
3) I like the discipline that comes from going to the gym daily. Knowing that I give it my all every time I go, I feel like I can take on all of the challenges that I am faced with.
