Must Try High Intensity Lower Body Workout

Hey guys,

I hope that you enjoy this 10 minute HIIT lower body workout video! In this workout, we are both targeting our entire lower bodies and doing some cardiovascular exercises. You do not need any equipment to complete this workout except for some water and music!

The workout:

Warm up:

5 minute jog

Workout:

10 Lateral lunges

10 Squat jumps

10 Reverse lunges

20 Sumo squats

10 Jumping lunges

Repeat 4 times.
