Persistence is always a struggle, I think, b/c it is an active skill and you always have to check yourself. “Today I am doing this.” It’s the same with diet, for me anyway where I have to constantly ask myself “do you need this or do you just want it?” That persistence keeps me on track.

    Another good reminder, thank you!
