In today’s blog post, I go over 14 inspiring fitness blogs for women to follow. These blogs cover topics like lifestyle, strength training, wellness, coaching, food, motherhood, athleisure, mental health and body positivity just to name a few!

In no particular order, here are the 14 blogs, their descriptions, social media handles and why you should follow them!

    I’m not familiar with most of these but I really love and am grateful for popsugar. When I first started my weight loss/getting fit journey and I didn’t want to go to the gym, they were where I began. I’ll check out the others, thank you for the recommendation.
