Today’s blog post is a Guide to Paris for Fit Girls. As usual, when I travel, I like to review and recommend gyms, shops and restaurants I went to in order to stay fit!
If you are a fit person who is going to visit Paris at any point, I have compiled a list of gyms, food and shops to visit in order to facilitate a healthy trip while you are here.
I’ve reviewed London, Dubai and Beirut before, I would like to say that Paris is incredibly easy to stay fit in.
How easy is it to stay fit in Paris?

1) Easy gym
About:
Easy gym is a global fitness franchise with branches in France, the UK and Spain. Their gyms are full of weight training, cardio, stretching equipment and fitness classes.

Pros:
They offer day passes and offer many locations through Paris at an affordable price.
They offer all types of fitness equipment and their gyms are not typically too crowded.

Cons:
None!

2) Neoness

About:
Neoness is a French gym chain founded in 2007. They have 30 branches all over France. The branch that I visited in la République had two floors full of cardio, weight lifting and stretching equipment.
Pros:
It is an affordable option with a lot of equipment and space.

Cons:
It can get quite crowded!

3) Ritm Sport

About:
There are 9 Ritm sports in France with gyms containing a pool, 24/7 gym access and classes. It also has a healthy kitchen, relaxation area, co-working space and cycling studio.
Pros:
High quality facilities and gym equipment.
Cons:
Less affordable than the two other gyms on this list.
Locations:

In Paris: Champs-Elysees, Ternes, La Fontaine, Saint Germain, Motte-Picquet, Boulogne.

4) Midtown Boot Camp

About:
Midtown Boot Camp offers fun and high-energy fitness classes. From core, abs & conditioning to lower body strength training, there’s a class for you!
Pros:
Fun and challenging, motivational trainers, affordable.

Cons:
If you prefer to lift weights solo and do some bodybuilding, then you might not see the appeal of the bootcamp-style classes!

I didn’t get to try out a lot of healthy food while I was here as I was with family mainly. Here are a couple of cuisine recommendations with the places that I tried.
- Japanese food: Sushi Parisien, Sakura

- International food: Subway, Starbucks, Chipotle

- Lebanese food: Mezzencore, Habibi Yalla
- Healthy eateries: Joe & The Juice, DS Cafe, Mister Garden

- Organic and healthy foods from the supermarket: Carrefour, Franprix, Monoprix
- Salads at French restaurants: any French restaurant will offer at least a Caesar or Niçoise salad!

City Pharma is a French pharmacy chain that is known for its wide array of affordable French products.
